Guest rooms
My apartment is located just south of downtown in the immediate vicinity of "Toul Tum Pung Market" (The Russian Market) is around the corner in a very happy neighbourhood where some other foreigners in the know also live close-by. From your room it takes about
2-3 minutes to get to the very well-attended gay saunas "Aman"
and "Romantic". To other gay venues, (8-10
min) take a tuk-tuk for ca. $2-3 to nearly anywhere in Phnom Penh. English speaking and trustworthy drivers can be arranged.

Currently I have two rooms for overnight guests on offer. My apartment has two levels. Below is the kitchen, a bathroom, my bedroom and a large living room plus a small balcony. Upstairs there are two guest rooms and a guest bathroom.
Long story short, we let the pictures speak first.
There is one large and one smaller room. Of course,
both are lockable.
